Portrait of a young artist at Muka – demonstrating that he clearly needs his privacy

I am currently staying in Itoshima (Japan) at Studio Kura. Until the end of september, I am preparing an exhibition on art brut, the creativity of mentally disabled at Muka. Muka is a privately funded organization in Itosima which supports special projects in musik, art and craft for disabled. In 30 b& w  photis, I tried to show the special energy, creativity and fun in these projects for all Muka persons involved.

Whoever is in the area is heartly invited to the exhibition titled „Beautiful Japan“ which will take place at the 24 and 25 September at Studio Kura.
